About Me
Erinn Taft, MS LEP
Licensed Educational Psychologist
I have been working with students in a variety of educational capacities and environments since 2013. I have worked with students in preschool through 12th grade in public, private and charter schools.
I have comprehensive knowledge of whole child development, accessibility in the classroom, and thorough assessment of a child's academic, emotional and psychological development. I currently work as a School Psychologist, conducting comprehensive psycho-educational assessments, educationally-related mental health assessments, and functional behavior assessments for students from preschool through 12th grade. In addition to evaluations, I provide counseling for mental health needs and collaborate with parents and school-based teams to ensure access and appropriate support for all students. I get to see firsthand how diverse learners can be successful within the classroom environment. I am passionate about education and the success of all students, no matter how diverse the learner’s needs are.
I thoroughly enjoy the evaluation process, particularly explaining results to parents and teachers in a way that is understandable and applicable. I take a holistic, collaborative approach to understanding your learner’s cognitive profile. I enjoy connecting with students and empowering them to advocate for their own educational needs.
